This policy applies to any item purchased from HDANYWHERE.com or any of its subdomains. If your item is purchased via one of our distributors/retailer or a HDA Pro then this policy does not apply to you.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of shipment to notify us that you wish to return goods. To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging without damage. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

HDANYWHERE will reject and return any goods which are sent back without a corresponding RMA form. You MUST complete a RMA before you ship your item back to HDANYWHERE. A member of the support team will send you the form once the return has been approved based on the criteria described in Section 1 "REQUESTING A RETURN" above.
It is your responsibility to return your goods to HDANYWHERE. The goods remain under your ownership until it is received and processed by HDANYWHERE. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning your goods. If your return is high in value then we recommend a suitable courier who is able to offer tracking and insurance to cover the goods in the event that it is lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you within 3 working days of receipt to confirm if the item is eligible for refund or not. If your returned goods are OK then your RMA will be passed to our accounts team for processing. Refunds are typically issued within 5 working days of this point and it can take several days to show in your bank account depending on who it is you bank with. Should you require an update on the status of your refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your RMA reference or Ticket/Case number.
